Welcome back to lacrosse!!

We are excited to give our players a chance to get back on the fields by offering a skills and drills practice one night a week.  We are following the guidance issued by the State of New York in determining how our practices will be run.  We have prepared a Return to Play Action Plan which has been approved by the Town of Henrietta and is attached below.

Practices will be socially distanced and organized to ensure the safety of our players and coaches at all times.  These practices are also free of charge to all of our registered families.  Please be sure to read and sign the waiver included.  You will not be able to practice without signing it.

Practices are optional.
