This program is for the Fall Indoor Season which consists of practices and games.

All practices will be held at:  Regional Sports Center 900 Jefferson Rd. Bldg. 7, Henrietta, NY. 

Practices times will be as follows:

1/2 Team - Wednesday's 6:00 - 7:00pm  

3/4 Team - Wednesday's 7:00 - 8:00pm

5/6 Team - Tuesday's 6:00-7:00pm

Please note: NO CLEATS are allowed on the brand new turf fields at RGC.  You MUST wear sneakers or turf shoes only.

The games will be played at The Athletic Campus 3195 Brighton Henrietta TL Rd.  Rochester, NY 14623.  

All league games will be played on Saturdays between 12:00 and 9:00pm. 

The league runs from November 6th through January 22nd

For anyone NEW to the sport or anyone at the 1/2 level, we do have a limited selection of equipment (helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, and gloves) available to rent. In order to help us cover the costs of replacing some very old equipment, we will begin charging a rental fee for all equip

Borrowing Equipment - For anyone NEW to the sport or anyone at the 1/2 level, we do have a limited selection of equipment (helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, and gloves) available to rent.  In order to help us cover the costs of replacing some very old equipment, we will begin charging a rental fee for all equipment. The rental fee will be $25.  You can select items needed and pay for them at the end of the on-line registration process.

COVID Protocols - In accordance with CDC guidelines, RH School District guidelines and the guidelines issued by the Athletic Campus, players are required to wear masks at all times during practice and games indoors.  With information changing on a daily basis, we ask of our parents, if your child is sick, no matter the severity, please keep them home for the 24hr school guidelines before allowing your player to return to play.  If there was a possible exposure or someone in your family has tested positive, please follow the directions/guidelines given by the County Health Dept.  Practice may be resumed once individual is cleared.  

Multi-player discount - For those families with more than two players, we offer a 25% discount for the third or more child.
