Skills and Drills is a free program that will run every Wednesday in September from- 7:30pm, weather permitting, at Martin Rd Park on the field behind the tennis courts.  This is a great way to check out lacrosse if you've never played or to dust off those cobwebs for those of you who haven't played since the spring.  

Beginning in October we will move indoors to the Regional Sports Center at in the Genesee Regional Market at 900 Jefferson Rd., Building #7  

Players are broken into groups based on skill levels and then work on stick skills, passing, catching and general conditioning. 

This is a â??show up when you canâ?? program. We just ask that you register so we can plan accordingly for coaches and equipment.  Registering does not mean that commit to coming every week.

If you are interested in playing and do not have equipment please indicate on your registration or email at rhboyslaxclub@gmail.com and we can arrange to have some available for you. When responding please indicate age and typical shirt size of your player so we can have the correct equipment available. 

If you are a returning player, please bring all equipment with you as well as a water bottle.
