Our indoor season typically begins in late October/early November and is broken into two different sessions:

• Fall  - November through mid January
• Winter - Mid January through March

Indoor consists of both practice and league play:

Practices:

Practices are held one day a week at Regional Sports Center, NY located in the Genesee Regional Market at 900 Jefferson Rd. Building #7 in Henrietta.  Practices will consist of drills, stick handling, conditioning and preparation for league play.  

Practices are open to players at all skills levels and are broken down by the following teams:

• 1/2 - Players in first and second grade
• 3/4 - Players in third and fourth grade
• 5/6 - Players in fifth and sixth grade

Due to limited space at the indoor field, each team (1/2, 3/4 and 5/6) will have a specific practice time as follows:

• 1/2 Team - Wednesday 6:00 - 7:00pm
• 3/4 Team - Wednesday 7:00 - 8:00pm
• 5/6 Team - Tuesday 6:00 - 7:00pm

Those players at the 3/4 and 5/6 levels who are new to lacrosse, are encouraged to register for practices only to start.  Once the coaches can evaluate your skill level, we can determine if you are ready to participate on the more competitive Indoor league team (see more discussion on the league below)

League:

During the indoor season we participate in the lacrosse leagues at the Athletic Campus 3195 Brighton Henrietta Townline Rd.  

Just like our practices, leagues are broken down into the following teams:

• 1/2 - Players in first and second grade
• 3/4 - Players in third and fourth grade
• 5/6 - Players in fifth and sixth grade

The Fall league runs for 7 weeks starting the in early November  .  There are no games over the Thanksgiving or Christmas holiday weekends. The Winter league begins the middle of January and runs for 8 weeks.  There are no games over the February break weekends.

League games will be as follows:

• 1/2 Team - Saturdays between 12:00 - 9:00pm
• 3/4 Team - Saturdays between 12:00 - 9:00pm
• 5/6 Team - Saturdays between 12:00 - 9:00pm 

Processing fee   - there is a 5% processing fee if using credit card to pay.  If you prefer to pay by check, the processing fee will be waived.  Please mail payments to RH  Lacrosse Club, P.O. Box 388, Henrietta NY  14467

Equipment

We require all players to provide their own mouth guard and lacrosse stick. These items can be purchased at any sporting goods store.

Lacrosse players are also required to wear/use the following gear for their safety:

• Helmet
• Shoulder pads/chest protector
• Elbow pads
• Gloves

For those at the 1/2 levels or for those who are new to the sport, we do have a selection of gear available to rent. In order to ensure that the items are cared for properly and returned at the end of the season we charge a rental fee of $25 for all gear combined. This fee can be made during registration.
