Winter 2025-2026 Lacrosse - 3/4 Team

This program is designed for boys currently enrolled in either 3rd or 4th grade

No experience is necessary, and all new players are welcome to join at any level. The program entails practice every Monday and Wednesday that consist of skill development, game instruction, and conditioning with the option of participating in the 3d Bull Box League. Players must register for practices in order to participate in league play.

PRACTICE INFORMATION:

Program Registration fee: 18 weeks of lacrosse fun!

EARLY BIRD PRICE (10/20-10/27) $145

FULL PRICE (10/28 - 11/10) $160 (split payment plan available for full price option. First payment due at time of registration, second payment due 2/7)

Location: ROCHESTER SPORTS GARDEN (1460 E. Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY 14623):

Grade 3 and Grade 4: Mondays 5:00 - 6:00 (west field)/ Wednesdays 5:00 - 6:00 (east field)

***We will be coordinating additional friendly scrimmages throughout the season on Mondays from 5:30- 6:30 pm at the Rochester Sports Garden. On these occasions, the scrimmage will be in place of the scheduled practice.

LEAGUE INFORMATION:

We will be participating in the 3d BULL Box Lacrosse League. The 3/4 level will play box lacrosse rules on an indoor box field. All games will be held at The Rochester Sports Garden on Saturday afternoons (see details below). All players must be registered for practices in order to register for the 3d Bull Box league.

Registration fees and the link for this league are separate from our practice registration. You will receive the link as soon as you have registered for the practices. Due to limited rosters, the league participation will be limited. We suggest registering immediately upon receiving the link! The deadline for league participation is 12/1 for 1/2 and 3/4 players.

3/4 players-fee $145 (includes custom jersey). 

Games will have start times of 2:30, 3:30 or 4:30 

Saturday: 2/7, 2/14, 2/21, 2/28, 3/7, 3/14, 3/21

Equipment

It is recommended those participating in the Bull Box League also have box rib pads and bicep pads.

We require all players to provide their own mouth guard and lacrosse stick. These items can be purchased at any sporting goods store such as Dicks, Lacrosse Unlimited or Play it Again Sports.

Lacrosse players at the 3/4 level are also required to wear/use the following gear for their safety:

• Helmet
• Shoulder pads/chest protector
• Elbow pads
• Gloves

For those at the UPK/K and 1/2 level OR for those who are NEW to the sport, we do have a limited selection of gear available to rent. In order to ensure that the items are cared for properly and returned at the end of the season we charge a rental fee of $40 (for full gear) and $25 (for only the helmet). This rental can be made during the registration process.

OTHER INFORMATION

Sibling Discount

For families with more than two children participating, we offer a 25% discount for the third or more child. If you have three or more children, please contact us at rhlacrosseclub@gmail.com prior to registering to receive the discount code. This will only apply to practice registration fees. 

***USA Lacrosse Membership:

$35 - 22U membership

This is required in order to participate in any RH Youth Lacrosse Programs. AGE VERIFICATION process included.

A USA Lacrosse membership will only be purchased ONE TIME per calendar year. For the duration of your players yearlong membership, you will enter their USA Lacrosse ID number during the registration process. This yearly membership insures your player wherever they play lacrosse. Additionally, there are many other benefits to take advantage of as a parent and for your player.

The USA Lacrosse Membership ID number will be needed in order to complete your program registration.
