The 3/4 Team is designed for girls currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th grade.

The 3rd / 4th Grade Program is designed for girls currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th grade. This level continues to build fundamental lacrosse skills while placing greater emphasis on in-game decision making, teamwork, and age-appropriate competition.

✔️ No experience is necessary — new players are welcome at any level!

PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Indoor Practices (April 6 – April 27)
Location: Rochester Sports Garden

• Mondays | 5:00 – 6:00 PM

  • Dates: 4/6, 4/13, 4/20, 4/27

Outdoor Practices (May)
Location: TBD, Henrietta

• Mondays & Wednesdays | 5:00 – 6:15 PM

Indoor practices may be used as a backup depending on weather. Coaches will communicate any changes.

EQUIPMENT

Required:

• Girls lacrosse stick

• Mouth guard

• Goggles

Rental gear is available for first-year players. Rental fees help ensure proper care and return of equipment at the end of the season and allow us to continue offering rental gear.

UNIFORM

• RH uniform required for all players in grades 1–6

• Can be ordered during registration for new or returning players needing replacement or size change

Uniform includes: Jersey, Pinnie, Shorts, Shooter Shirt ($100)
Numbers will be assigned at random (even if you have a number and are sizing up, a specific number cannot be guaranteed).
