5th / 6th Grade Program 

The 5/6 Team is designed for girls currently enrolled in 5th or 6th grade.

This level focuses on refining fundamental skills while increasing emphasis on game strategy, teamwork, and competitive play in an age-appropriate environment.

✔️ No experience is necessary — new players are welcome at any level!

PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Indoor Practices (April 6 – April 29)
Location: Rochester Sports Garden

• 4/6: Monday | 5:00 – 6:00 PM
• 4/15, 4/22, 4/29: Wednesday | 5:00 – 6:00 PM

Outdoor Practices (May)
Location: TBD, Henrietta

• Mondays & Wednesdays | 5:00 – 6:30 PM

Indoor practices may be used as a backup depending on weather. Coaches will communicate any changes.

EQUIPMENT

Required:

• Girls lacrosse stick
• Mouth guard
• Goggles

Rental gear is available for first-year players. Rental fees help ensure proper care and return of equipment at the end of the season and allow us to continue offering rental gear.

UNIFORM

• RH uniform required for all players in grades 1–6
• Can be ordered during registration for new or returning players needing replacement or size change

Uniform includes: Jersey, Pinnie, Shorts, Shooter Shirt ($100)
Numbers will be assigned at random (even if you have a number and are sizing up, a specific number cannot be guaranteed).
